In a special corner of their attic, inside three especially-aged barrels, Acetaia del Cristo stores an aceto elixir whose base was started over 100 years ago, by the great-grandmother of owner Erika Barbieri. Every year, they exclusively pull from it only 40 bottles to sell to the public and each box comes with a certificate verifying the number of bottles made that year, along with the classic serving vial and ceramic spoon.
