Taste The Earth

At the launch of Taste the Earth, we are carrying mostly Italian organic and biodynamic products. It is our goal, however, to soon expand to other countries within the Mediterranean but even sooner in the Americas. We are excited about pending developments for a wider trading channel of farmers market foods. We aim to share them locally, regionally, and nationally but in ways that preserve the small production and quality scales of the farmers and artisans. Through our European partnership with Vin e Organic, we will also be cross-trading our local, artisanal, and farmstead foods back to Europe in the hopes of broadening the cultural understanding of what American food really is and can be.
